SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION

Relying on our staff's routine and experience, we expanded our services into areas that require employment of specialized personnel and vehicles:

1. TEMPERATURE-CONTROL TRANSPORTATION:

Some goods need special conditions to keep them safe while in transit. Such are perishables - mushrooms, fruit and vegetables, chocolate, fresh and frozen meat and fish, chemical and pharmaceutical products, etc. We offer our customers modern trailers with refrigeration units maintaining temperature strickly in the range between -25° С up to +25° С. All units are ATP certified and equipped with printing devices.



2. DANGEROUS GOODS TRANSPORTATION:

All goods offered for transport that may evolve hazardous impact on environment, people or equipment are classified by the United Nations into the following groups:

Class 1. Explosives
Class 2. Gases
Class 3. Flammable Liquids
Class 4.1. Flammable Solids: Solid substances that are easily ignited and readily combustible
Class 4.2. Spontaneously Combustible: Solid substances that ignite spontaneously
Class 4.3. Dangerous when Wet: Solid substances that emit a flammable gas when wet or react violently with water
Class 5.1. Oxidizing Agent
Class 5.2. Organic Peroxides
Class 6.1. Toxic substances
Class 6.2. Infectious substances
Class 7. Radioactive substances
Class 8. Corrosive substances
Class 9. Miscellaneous

General international standards have been developed for different modes of transportation defining the conditions for transport of dangerous goods, requirements for the crews and transport units:

  • air transportation – ICAO/IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations,
  • road transportation – the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR)

  • maritime transportationInternational Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG),

  • railroad transportation – International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Rail (RID),

  • river transportationEuropean Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Inland Waterways (ADN).



3. ROAD TANKER TRANSPORTATION:

We offer transportation for liquid and bulk substances with different types of road tankers:

  • chemical tankers,
  • foodstuff tankers,
  • fuel tankers,
  • bulk tankers

We select the suitable type of tanker depending on the products to be moved:

  • single or multi-compartment,
  • rubber coated or stainless steel bodies,
  • with thermal insulation and electric heating system , etc.
